Millers Cove Rd Walland, TN 37886 The Houseperson is an all-purpose position that assists the housekeeping department by maintaining the cleanliness of all guest rooms and common areas.

Pay Rate:

$15.00-$16.00 an hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Deep cleaning room as needed Delivers clean linen and supplies to the housekeepers when needed Removes soiled linen and trash from the housekeepers when needed Load supplies for the day Attend line-up each morning to receive room assignments Restock all housekeeping closets on the property with amenities and linens as necessary Golf cart maintenance - make sure that carts are cleaned out at the end of the shift and plugged into the charger to be prepared for the next shift Keep all pantry items in guest rooms stocked and account for all pantry alcohol sales Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards Must maintain regular and consistent attendance Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests Supervisory Responsibilities None

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

Some cleaning experience preferred Ability to be thorough while cleaning High school diploma or equivalent Language Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members Mathematical Skills Basic knowledge and understanding of math

REASONING ABILITY

Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand all day Very physical work, constantly moving around and lifting, must be able to get on hands and knees to clean Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart Must be able to work around cleaning supplies/chemicals

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working in guest rooms and common areas of the property Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
