Job Summary Wisteria Place is seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper / Floor Technician / Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff while supporting the facility's housekeeping, floor care, and laundry operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service in a healthcare setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident spaces, including dusting, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures with precision, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to preserve flooring quality Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit Experience Proven experience in housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of janitorial or custodial practices Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation protocols, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Join us as a Housekeeper to bring energy, professionalism, and meticulous care into every home you serve.
