The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel areas while providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards and established procedures. Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and other guest room areas. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces. Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and properly stocked. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department. Handle guest belongings and hotel property responsibly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas as needed. Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Respond courteously to guest requests and provide a positive guest experience. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Follow all company and hotel policies and procedures. Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required for the position. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
