Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents or guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring every corner reflects high standards of hygiene and order. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters the space. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal procedures Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing hard floors to keep surfaces pristine Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are well-maintained, stocked, and stored safely after use Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or health hazards Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to sanitation and chemical handling Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless environments where people feel comfortable and cared for!
