Part-Time Eco-Cleanology is looking for dependable Cleaning Technicians to support our growing residential, multifamily, and commercial client base throughout Fort Bend County. Assignments may include homes, apartment communities, leasing offices, amenity areas, move-in/move-out cleanings, and other commercial properties. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, has dependable transportation, and is looking for flexible part-time hours with the potential to grow into a more regular weekly schedule.

Responsibilities Your responsibilities may include:

Cleaning homes, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces Completing routine and detailed cleaning assignments Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Cleaning kitchen surfaces and accessible appliance exteriors Disinfecting high-touch surfaces Emptying trash and replacing liners Following company procedures and property-specific checklists Maintaining professional conduct at client properties Providing dependable communication regarding scheduling and assignments Schedule Primarily Monday through Friday daytime work Some afternoon or evening commercial opportunities may arise Weekly hours may vary Candidates provide availability in advance Recurring assignments may become available based on client needs Strong performers may be offered additional weekly hours as the business grows Applicants do not need to be available every day, but reliable communication and consistent availability are important.

Qualifications Candidates should be:

Reliable Punctual Detail-oriented Comfortable working in different types of properties Professional with clients, residents, and property management staff Able to work independently when required Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures Able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout a shift Able to travel between assigned client locations Reliable transportation is required. Cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid training to candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
