Who We're Looking For:

This role is NOT for everyone. We're looking for people who: Love to clean and have at least 2 years of experience (not required but a plus) Know how to clean lobbies, kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, daycares, churches, etc. Can mop, vacuum, sweep, and sanitize with both speed and excellence Are detail-obsessed — smudges, dust, or grime drive you nuts Follow systems and checklists, and always look for ways to improve Communicate clearly and proactively via smartphone and app Show up on time, every time, and take pride in a job well done Can handle multiple clients and manage time independently Look for ways to go above and beyond — without being asked Have a smartphone and reliable transportation (Bonus points if you have your own equipment and supplies) Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces. Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain recycling practices. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or requested by management. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. Good time management skills are needed to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and coworkers.
