Mibclean.com/careers About the Role Maid in Bastrop is reopening and building a high quality cleaning team and we're looking for a Team Lead who's ready to step into responsibility. This role is for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in their work and can confidently lead a small team. As a Team Lead, you'll work hands on in the field while also owning quality, communication, and team support on each job. This is not a desk job, you'll clean alongside your team and you'll also be trusted to make sure each home meets our standards and that issues are handled professionally.
