QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed 8:00 am 4:30 pm $11.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met Conduct in-process inspections on parts throughout production shifts Complete final inspections on products before shipment to verify customer requirements Carry out 100% inspections when required, sorting and separating good and defective parts Follow inspection instructions using scrap tags, samples, and specifications Accurately document inspection results and maintain organized records Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and QC team members Sort, label, and separate non-conforming materials for further review Move and handle boxes of parts (10-40 lbs) between floor, tables, and conveyor systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail and focus for repetitive inspection tasks Good vision for identifying defects and inconsistencies in parts Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs Basic communication skills to follow instructions and work with team members Dependable attendance and reliability Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
