is looking for dependable, experienced cleaning professionals to partner with us as independent contractors in Beaumont and surrounding areas. This is more than just picking up cleaning jobs. We are building a team of reliable partners who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and understand that the details matter. Our goal is for every client to walk into a space that feels refreshed, cared for, and noticeably clean. As a Chayil Cleaning partner, you may accept residential, deep-cleaning, move-in/move-out, Airbnb-turnover, office, and commercial assignments that fit your availability and service area. Compensation is based on a 60/40 service split , with partners keeping 100% of their tips . What we're looking for:

Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience
Reliable transportation
Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Professional communication and a strong work ethic
Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in excellent work
General liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
Ability to complete a background screening, if selected This is an independent contractor partnership opportunity , not an employee position.

Partners manage their own availability, transportation, equipment, insurance, and tax responsibilities. Assignments are offered based on client needs, location, experience, and availability.
