Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance across all areas. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security procedures, and guest privacy at all times. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within hotels or similar hospitality settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and industrial floor polishing. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
