Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance techniques to preserve flooring quality. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and yard tidying as needed. Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting or moving furniture. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping solutions. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of quality. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly using appropriate methods for different materials and areas. Follow janitorial and custodial best practices to uphold cleanliness across all areas of the residence or property. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment maintenance, carpet cleaning techniques, and floor care methods. Prior experience in housekeeping management or custodial work is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and needs. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with outdoor work environments or yard maintenance is a plus but not required.
