Job Description
Stark Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facility Support Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This role supports daily facility operations through housekeeping, organization, cleanup, facility upkeep, and general shop support tasks throughout the facility. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, works well independently, and contributes positively to a team environment. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Sweep and maintain shop aisles and walkways
- Empty trash and maintain common areas
- Support housekeeping and cleanup tasks
- Assist with facility organization projects
- Help maintain safe and clean work areas
- Support warehouse and shop operations as needed
- Assist with floor cleaning equipment and upkeep tasks
- Report facility or safety concerns to leadership Qualifications / Requirements
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow routines and daily task schedules
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
- Able to work independently and stay productive
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous housekeeping, warehouse, porter, janitorial, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Forklift operation a plus
- Must be able to pass background and substance screening Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and work for a minimum 9-hour shift
- Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), stretching, and bending required Work Environment
