The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, organizing, seasonally decorating, and laundry services, as well as good communication skills. Duties Responsible for contact with contracted workers as they perform quarterly services or special projects such as maintenance, pest control, home renovations, handyman services, etc. Provide daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Provide daily laundry service, ensuring all laundry and bedding is laundered properly and timely. Maintain organized home including pantries, closets, cabinets, garage, and storage spaces. Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules for one large home, one small condo, and one large professional office suite Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household items; order replacements as necessary. Responsible for seasonal home decorating and the organization and storage of our off-season decorations. Ability to communicate effectively daily with home and business owner. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work As our House Manager, you make a significant impact on our family.
