Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents Handle sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with safety data sheets (SDS) and health regulations Conduct floor care activities including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies, furniture, or equipment safely and efficiently Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, check-in/check-out processes, and special requests at the front desk Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety during incidents or evacuations Maintain cleanliness standards through janitorial experience and industrial cleaning techniques while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is highly preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, floor cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards, willing to train you. Ability to handle chemical agents safely by understanding chemical handling guidelines and SDS documentation Strong manual handling skills for lifting heavy items and operating cleaning equipment effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in hospitality!
