Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when required to access hard-to-reach areas or perform outdoor cleaning tasks. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned duties within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the cleaning process. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, is essential and required. You must have a driver's license or have reliable transportation Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation protocols. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning equipment. Experience in managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
