Housekeeping / Laundry Team member

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance in all areas Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all team members Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and laundry processes Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively including vacuums, buffers, and laundry machines Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of hospitality or custodial best practices is advantageous Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring our spaces are spotless and inviting!
