Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and facility spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Manage laundry services by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing efficiently Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to promote health and safety standards Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers to ensure polished and well-maintained flooring Support custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies Assist with light maintenance duties such as minor repairs or reporting issues to maintenance teams Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or facilities maintenance is highly desirable Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques including floor buffing, stripping, sealing, and general sanitation practices Experience with laundry operations such as sorting, washing, drying, folding or linen management preferred Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks involving lifting or bending Join us in creating a clean and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for!
