We specialize in maintaining small office buildings and commercial facilities.

provide consistent, high-quality service that our clients can count on. What You'll Do Perform routine commercial cleaning services according to client specifications Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, kitchens/breakrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove trash Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic while on client property Complete assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and on schedule Communicate promptly regarding supplies, access issues, or service concerns Follow all SLW Facility Services quality and client-service standards What We're Looking For Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Dependable and consistent Professional and respectful when working at client locations Able to pass a background check Must be able to provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified Ideal Subcontractor We're looking for individuals or small cleaning companies who take pride in their work and understand that consistency matters.
