Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met across all areas. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain cleanliness of surfaces by dusting, wiping down furniture, fixtures, and appliances regularly. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning and light landscaping tasks if required. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while managing time efficiently to complete all assigned duties. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies when necessary. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout each shift. Familiarity with outdoor work procedures and residential housekeeping standards. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences or concerns. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment in both indoor and outdoor settings.
