The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, adhering to hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to ensure guest comfort. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout guest rooms. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock housekeeping supplies in assigned areas. Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring all linens are cleaned and pressed. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Other duties as assigned. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
