As a Hotel Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our public areas. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas according to hotel standards. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Change towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow housekeeping management protocols to maintain efficiency and quality of service. Assist in deep cleaning projects as required, including industrial cleaning tasks during off-peak times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Skills Strong custodial skills with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail. Experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar environment is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices to ensure high-quality service delivery. Proficient in various floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
