What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Impact) No two days are exactly the same, but your core responsibilities will include: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to brand and quality standards Ensuring every room is guest-ready, safe, and welcoming Assisting guests when needed — from directions to basic requests Communicating room status, maintenance issues, or concerns to your supervisor Managing supplies efficiently to reduce waste Handling lost-and-found items with care and integrity Supporting deep-clean and special projects as assigned What We're Looking For This is a hands-on role. You'll be moving, lifting, and staying active throughout your shift. Ability to be on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Comfortable bending, kneeling, and reaching Basic reading, writing, and math skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset No shortcuts.
