Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are pristine. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by following proper procedures for waste disposal and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, respecting their property, and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Book and manage appointments using digital booking platforms. Follow a thorough cleaning checklist based on various cleaning tiers. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning methods. Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Ability to manage and book using digital booking/scheduling platforms. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is a plus. Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment operation.
