In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a clean environment. Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal, surface cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote hygiene. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace. Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans when required by management. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality setting preferred, not required. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
