Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents in a warm and vibrant environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at our facility, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and making a positive impact in their lives.
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Summary:
We are seeking LPNs to join our team. As a LPN at our facility, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring. You will also maintain accurate records and reports, and collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring Maintain accurate records and reports, including fluid and meal intake and output Administer medications Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden Monitor and report any changes in resident condition Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, infection control and safety
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Qualifications:
