Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness. Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in all cleaning tasks. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within hotel or hospitality settings. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
