Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and attention to detail. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Use appropriate cleaning tools and products effectively to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety guidelines. Assist with floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining tile surfaces for a polished look. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning appointments promptly without compromising quality. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types. Ability to perform sanitation duties effectively across different areas of the home. Experience in laundry services, including handling delicate fabrics and stain removal. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
