Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms and common areas utilizing IHG Way of Clean standards and processes Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping tile floors and vacuuming carpets, Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms and high-touch surfaces Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a friendly attitude Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing methods Hands-on experience with sanitation practices in hospitality or janitorial settings Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe environments while delivering exceptional service!
