Duties Assist with the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using proper cleaning techniques and equipment Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces throughout the property Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, restocking linens, and maintaining cleaning carts for efficiency Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning projects to uphold cleanliness standards Ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations by adhering to proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols Support with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing specialized equipment for larger-scale cleaning projects Respond promptly to guest requests or issues related to cleanliness or maintenance, demonstrating a positive attitude and professional service Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or similar environment Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and procedures for large-scale or deep cleaning tasks Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and vibrant energy!
