Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards Change bed linens, make beds, and restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored securely Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with laundry duties when needed, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred; hotel experience is a plus, one year hotel experience. Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and floor care methods Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances team collaboration Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact guest comfort and satisfaction.
