Part-Time Household Assistant / Housekeeper Zhane Katy, TX Job Details Part-time $25 - $28 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Household management English Driver's License Attention to detail Organizational skills Single-family home household management Full Job Description About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Household Assistant / Housekeeper to keep a home clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role is about 70% housekeeping and home organization and 30% household support and personal assistant tasks. The ideal candidate takes initiative, notices what needs to be done before being asked, and enjoys creating order. Responsibilities Clean bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces (vacuum, mop, dust, tidy) Do laundry, including washing, folding, and putting clothes away Change and wash bed linens Organize closets, pantry, cabinets, and garage/storage areas Track supplies and proactively restock groceries and household essentials Pick up groceries and packages; unpack and put away purchases Prepare the home before and after travel Assist with meal-prep tasks such as ingredient washing, chopping, and kitchen setup (no cooking required) Keep foster pet supplies stocked when applicable Support occasional household projects and special initiatives Requirements Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Trustworthy, dependable, and professional References required Preferred Previous experience in housekeeping, household management, or a related role Schedule & Trial Period This position begins with a 60-day trial period to confirm a good fit for both sides, with a minimum commitment of 4-6 hours/week.
