Job Description
Overview Join our dedicated team as a Residential Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our clients. This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services that exceed expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring every area of the residence is spotless, organized, and sanitized, creating a safe and pleasant living space. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and customer service orientation will help foster positive relationships with clients while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all living spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Handle manual tasks involving lifting and-to-reach areas or perform outdoor cleaning duties. Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on service completion, and ensure satisfaction with housekeeping services. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, detergents, and sanitation standards Candidates are required to have previous housekeeping skills in cleaning residences Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor maintenance including floor care products. Familiarity with janitorial procedures, custodial responsibilities, and residential housekeeping management practices. The ability to preform in a fast-paced past environment for at least 3 hours at a time. Most have a driver's license or own a vehicle.
