Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, ensuring that linens and other items are cleaned and organized properly. Execute floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens as part of janitorial duties. Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations related to cleaning tasks. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
