Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring integrity and appearance. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous operation. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or coordinating cleaning routines for larger facilities or teams. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and waxing. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations or housekeeper management is a plus.
