Residential Cleaners Chisholm Trail Home Services is a locally-owned residential cleaning company serving Lockhart, Martindale, and surrounding communities. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our crew as independent residential cleaning contractors. At CTHS, we call our cleaning professionals Ranch Hands . What You'll Do Clean residential homes on a flexible, per-job schedule. As an independent contractor, you choose the jobs that work for you. What Makes This Different Earn an estimated $22-$27/hour equivalent. Ranch Hands are paid per completed job, not by the hour. No supply costs come out of your pay. We provide cleaning supplies and equipment through our Tool Loan Program. We use non-toxic, green cleaning products whenever practical, including Branch Basics and select heavy-duty products. Flexible schedule. You're an independent contractor and can accept jobs that fit your availability. Bonus structure . Retention and referral bonuses paid. What We're Looking For Dependable and detail-oriented Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in clients' homes Reliable transportation to and from client homes Applicants within approximately 20 miles of Lockhart are preferred, but we're happy to consider candidates farther away who are comfortable traveling to our service area Cleaning experience — professional or otherwise — is a plus, but not required Comfortable completing a background check as part of our onboarding process How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
