Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guests or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and standards. Conduct commercial cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Execute residential cleaning tasks with attention to detail, catering to the specific needs of clients. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces as required. Provide custodial services in various settings, ensuring all spaces are tidy and organized. Carry out carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques. Respond promptly to client requests and maintain high levels of customer service throughout all interactions. Skills Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in housekeeping management is a plus. Familiarity with commercial and residential cleaning standards. Proficient in floor care techniques for various surface types. Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in carpet cleaning methods is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
