Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order for one primary house and other offices (on the same property). There is also some needs for other properties nearby. We desire someone who can ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our family and also our staff and visitors alike. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep, contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our operations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Conduct janitorial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restocking supplies to maintain a pristine environment. Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment. Perform residential cleaning utilizing the above mentioned duties. Use proper safety procedures and equipment during all cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning or janitorial services. Experience with commercial cleaning / facilities maintenance is preferred but is not required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary. Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
