Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across all areas of the residence. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas. Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or large items with manual handling techniques. Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored housekeeping services. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices. Familiarity with cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other cleaning equipment. Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and surface care techniques. Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including outdoor surface cleaning and yard tidying. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and feedback.
