We are a small cleaning business with a growing client base. We work with 2-3 cleaners as a team. Currently our schedule is 2-3 days a week at 3-6 hours per day for new cleaners. We work in Collin County and are looking for cleaners who currently live in Collin County. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care to maintain all flooring types. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-presented. Maintain a high level of customer service. Organizing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues to supervising staff. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly & safely. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, kneel down and walk for extended periods of time during working hours. Familiarity with cleaning product usage and application is a plus. Proficient in English speaking and reading. Skills in floor care, or sanitizing techniques will be beneficial. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, integrity and professionalism at all times.
