Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to ensure they remain spotless and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits. Manage janitorial supplies inventory; restock cleaning products and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry processes. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery. Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment usage; experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
