Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, sanitised and presentable Restock and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels and other amenities Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure efficient operations Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally Our requirements include: Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in larger establishments Experience interacting with international clients and customers Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and techniques Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
