Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Weekends and Holidays are required, Flexible schedule. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds! English, Spanish, or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are appreciated but are not required for this position. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Dust, polish, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Experience with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with custodial management practices is advantageous.
