Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
