Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all flooring surfaces in top condition. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required. Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting tasks related to furniture or equipment moving. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Keep all cleaning supplies organized and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary products like cleaning detergents and supplies. Follow strict janitorial and custodial procedures to uphold sanitation standards across all assigned areas. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred, including familiarity with janitorial or custodial duties. Demonstrated ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and other specialized tools. Experience with floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction methods. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as glass, wood, tile, and upholstery along with proper use of cleaning agents and detergents. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations and feedback. Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work conditions when necessary.
