In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property. Your enthusiasm and dedication will ensure guests feel comfortable, valued, and eager to return. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Duties Multi-task front desk duties and Housekeeping assignments. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, cleaning services, or information about the property Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment Manage janitorial tasks efficiently by restocking supplies and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Uphold safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle any maintenance issues or hazards proactively Support housekeeping management by completing detailed logs of completed tasks and reporting maintenance needs Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, waxing, and polishing various flooring types Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to handle diverse cleaning challenges effectively Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly valued Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Housekeeping management skills are a plus for those interested in supervisory or training roles within the team This role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding service.
