Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to keep them pristine. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally during cleaning appointments. Manage janitorial tasks including restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed, supporting team coordination and ensuring efficient workflow. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with sanitation procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies safely. Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service is essential.
