We are looking to connect with reliable, experienced independent cleaning contractors who are interested in accepting residential and short-term rental cleaning opportunities. What You'll Do Independent contractors may receive opportunities to provide: Residential cleaning Deep cleaning Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers Move-in/move-out cleaning Kitchen and bathroom cleaning Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Dusting and surface cleaning Bed-making and linen changes Restocking supplies for short-term rentals Cleaning according to the scope of each individual job Reporting any property damage or maintenance concerns What We're Looking For Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Dependable and professional Ability to communicate with customers professionally Smartphone for scheduling and job communication Ability to provide your own standard cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to work independently Comfortable cleaning residential properties and short-term rentals Independent Contractor Details This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own: Transportation Cleaning equipment and supplies, unless otherwise agreed for a specific job Taxes Insurance, licenses, and permits applicable to their business Business expenses Cleaning opportunities are offered based on customer demand and availability. Contractors may accept or decline individual opportunities, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement. Compensation Compensation is generally based on the individual cleaning assignment and its scope rather than an hourly employee wage. Rates will be discussed before a contractor accepts an assignment.
