Position Overview As a House Cleaner, you will work as part of a professional cleaning team to provide high-quality residential cleaning services. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects clients' homes, and consistently follows company cleaning standards and procedures. Responsibilities Clean and maintain residential homes according to Amelia's Maids standards. Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean floors and surfaces. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas. Empty trash and replace trash bags as needed. Clean assigned areas thoroughly and pay attention to details. Follow client-specific cleaning instructions. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly. Maintain and properly care for company cleaning equipment, including vacuums. Report any damage, broken items, unusual conditions, or maintenance concerns to the team leader or office. Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and coworkers. Arrive on time and be ready to begin work at the scheduled time. Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Respect clients' belongings and never move or rearrange personal items unnecessarily . Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and training requirements. Qualifications Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Reliable and dependable. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and professional behavior. Good communication skills. Able to follow instructions and company procedures. Comfortable working in different homes and environments. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
