Job Responsibilities:

Cleans vacant apartment units thoroughly including, but not limited to, disinfecting appliances and bathrooms, soaking light fixtures, mopping floors, and cleaning all woodwork, appliances, and windows. Cleans model apartments to ensure neatness, cleanliness and ready for prospective residents. Cleans other property facilities including the office, laundry rooms, fitness center, and club house as scheduled and as needed. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms Manage Supply inventory

Required Qualifications:

Residential move-in/move-out cleaning experience Valid I.D. Required Have reliable transportation The ability to safely lift 25 pounds Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, all a plus!
