Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
